ABOUT OUR PRODUCT

1. Product Description: Auto terminal / Electric & Electrical terminal / Medical Machine Part / Deep Drawn Part / Metal Connector.

2. Stamping Method: Progressive stamping / Single stamping.

3. Material: brass alloy, beryllium bronze, phosphor bronze, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, cold rolled steel with various plating.

4. Surface Treatment: various plating (Ag, Tin, Nickel, environmental Blue Zine); Painting, Power, Anodizing, Black oxid, Heat Treatment

5. Test Content: after throught high temperature of 245-260 test on re-flow oven, it is no discolor and and can pass solderability test 245 for 5.0 0.5 sec. with more than 95%.
